The meeting was attended by Kevin Weatherly, Bob Usher , Russell Baston , Michael Barlow and Jack Chen.

Discussions started with regard to the new regional website which had just gone online. Log in details were given to Secretary Bob Usher who would be the sites administrator. 

Russell Baston was thanked for over 43 years of service with the BIPP. Russell was also presented with a trophy on the evening.

It was also agreed to get all trophies returned ready for Septembers image competition. There was also discussion with regard to the possibility of 3 new trophies being provided by a sponsor.

It was agreed that committee meeting would take place the 2nd wednesday of each month.

The date of 30th of September was agreed for this years image competition. The following years competition would be brought forward to the 28th April 2011 which would be more suitable due to the National competition.

Kevin Weatherly provided a letter he intended to send to head office with regard to the present qualification process. 

It was agreed to try to provide meetings to cover the next 12 months. Bob Usher offered to try to get a photoshop course arranged on a regular basis. It was also agreed to have an Ideas exchange evening at Hallgarth Manor Hotel in Pittington. On the 28 the July.

Kevin Weatherly was congratulated on his 1st meeting as Chairman.  Photographs taken were to be uploaded onto the new site.
